Class is held in the children’s playroom.
An active, mindful approach to Vinyasa yoga, characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. Deepen your practice in this spiritually and physically energized class.
*A $10 charge per class will be billed to your resident account. Must be a OCP resident with an amenity membership.
