An active, mindful approach to Vinyasa yoga, characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. Deepen your practice in this spiritually and physically energized class.
*A $10 charge per class will be billed to your resident account. Must be an Enclave resident with an amenity membership.
A guest is allowed if accompanied by a resident, with the same fee charged to the hosting resident's account.
