Shelsky's of Brooklyn is a non-traditional Appetizing and Delicatessen shop that aims to revive “an old tradition that never really died" from partners chef Peter Shelsky and Lewis Spada. The Appetizing and Deli features classics like whitefish salad, nova, sable, chopped liver, and latkes, plus an array of creative smoked fish and deli sandwiches. We make gorgeous smoked fish platters, and our bagels are consistently on all the city’s ‘best of’ lists. Amanda’s signature style is a blend of vivid color palettes, crisp and commanding typography, and bold graphics. But her craft goes well beyond simple aesthetics and branding; it’s a tool used to empower small businesses and bolster the missions and values of larger enterprises dedicated to making positive changes in their community.
