Founded in 2013, Suits & Skirts was launched to solve a problem the founders themselves experienced: dry cleaning and laundry in NYC. The available services were unprofessional, poor quality, frequently late, and still using technology from the 20th century. Our mission was to create a convenient, quality service that did not cut any corners in terms of quality. To develop our strategy, the founder worked at the largest dry cleaning plant as a quality control inspector. We fine-tuned our plan and launched Suits And Skirts in the heart of Manhattan in May 2013. Since then, we have grown to multiple locations, work with a number of luxury residential buildings, and service multiple Fortune 500 companies in the NYC area.
